We are thrilled to be a part of the Northern International Livestock Exposition in Billings, MT this October. We approached them after attending last year with an idea to host a Colt Starting Exhibition, like nothing we have ever seen or done before... and here we are one week before, getting excited to debut the new program with them! What a blessing this has been so far, and we cannot wait to see how great this can be for agriculture, the horse industry, and education.
Seeing the popularity of the "Road to the Horse" and feeling like that kind of competition didn't really match up with our program, we came up with the idea of the NILE Colt Classic. This event will be a 5-day colt starting exhibition showcasing some of the finest AQHA bloodlines in the region. Almost all the colts you will see showcased were started at our ranch in June 2020. They were turned out and allowed to grow up a little more, and will be restarted at the showcase at the Miller's Horse Palace (7215 Mossmain Ln, Billings, MT 59106). We are bringing three 2-year old geldings and a yearling to the Colt Classic, and all of them will be available to purchase at the end of the week at the NILE Gold Buckle Select Horse Sale on October 17, 2020.
We hope you can come see us at the inaugural event. We will be hosting again in 2021 with the NILE and plans have already begun on that!
